From the age of 16 years, Robert Brownlie has been involved with recovery vehicles. After a short spell delivering plant and construction equipment in the London area, Robert returned to Scoland with a passion to succeed. A garage was opened, an MOT test centre added and fast fit services followed.

On our way to the top
Founded in 2000, Robert W Brownlie Motor Engineers has expanded almost beyond recognition. The roadside rescue business became firmly established as one of the best in Scotland and our garage services followed suit. We now believe we offer one of the most comprehensive garage services in Edinburgh.
